Led by Paul, the "Headmaster", who brings his enthusiasm for rugby and real ale, the team offers a friendly yet highly knowledgeable approach to learning.
Louise, the "Head of Licensing", combines her expertise with a personal touch, known for her ability to recall people’s names and her love for cold wine in the sun.
The team is rounded out by other members like Simon, who bring a mix of fun and dedication to their roles. Together, they ensure that clients receive top-notch training while fostering a welcoming environment.

The Opportunity
Business Development Executive
As a Business Development Executive at Licensing School, you will be responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and introducing them to our Microsoft licensing solutions. You will conduct discovery calls to assess client needs, qualify leads, and prepare tailored proposals. Building and managing client relationships is a key focus, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
You will also stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities to refine your approach. Maintaining accurate sales records and providing insights to improve sales strategies is another important aspect of the role. Working within a small, collaborative team, you will balance independent tasks with team-driven objectives.
Account Manager
As an Account Manager at Licensing School, you will play a key role in managing and growing relationships with existing clients. Acting as the main point of contact, you will focus on client satisfaction, managing contract renewals, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell within your portfolio.
Your responsibilities include building strong, long-term relationships, monitoring client needs, and providing valuable insights to enhance retention and satisfaction. Collaborating with the sales team, you'll also help develop strategies to grow accounts while ensuring smooth contract renewals.

Hiring Process
At Phoenix51 we do not recruit based on your CV, we recruit based on your ability and competence. Our process will give you the opportunity to showcase your skills and abilities via a one way recorded video or telephone screening interview, followed by a one to one virtual competency based interview with one of our friendly recruiters.
If successful you will be invited to an all day assessment event in London where you’ll get to meet the Licensing School team and future colleagues. During the morning you will take part in fun interactive business tasks where you will have the chance to showcase your talent to the Licensing School team and if successful through the morning tasks you will be asked to join us for the afternoon where you will have a panel interview with the Licensing School team, also giving you the chance to interview your potential future team.
If you are successful through our assessment centre process you will receive a verbal offer on the day, whilst also receiving full detailed feedback via our unique talent assessment platform allowing you to develop your skills no matter the outcome.
